Blue Coast Ventures provides real estate services, including property sales, purchases, marketing, property management, consultancy, and investment opportunities within Diani, Ukunda, Kwale County, and surrounding regions.

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, Blue Coast Ventures does not warrant the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of property listings, descriptions, images, market data, or related information. Clients are encouraged to conduct independent due diligence and seek professional legal advice before making decisions.

All transactions must comply with Kenyan real estate, land ownership, and property transfer laws. Blue Coast Ventures acts as an intermediary and facilitator but does not guarantee property value appreciation or future returns. All buyers and sellers are responsible for obtaining independent legal representation.

7. Foreign Ownership

Foreign investors may only acquire property in Kenya under leasehold arrangements, subject to Kenyan laws and regulations. Blue Coast Ventures provides guidance but bears no liability for restrictions imposed by government policies, immigration rules, or changes in legislation.

8. Fees & Payments

Service fees, commissions, and payments will be clearly communicated before any transaction. All payments must be made through approved channels such as bank transfers or mobile money. Late or incomplete payments may affect service delivery and may attract penalties where applicable.

9. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Know Your Customer (KYC)

All clients must comply with Kenyan AML and KYC regulations. Blue Coast Ventures reserves the right to request identification documents, proof of funds, and any additional information required for compliance. Failure to provide necessary documentation may result in refusal of service.

10. Confidentiality

All transactions, negotiations, and client data shall remain confidential. Blue Coast Ventures will not disclose personal or business information to third parties except as required by law or with client consent.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in Mombasa, Kenya, under the Arbitration Act, in accordance with Kenyan law. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any legal proceedings shall be exclusively handled within Kenyan jurisdiction.

17. Force Majeure

Blue Coast Ventures shall not be held liable for delays, failures, or inability to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or internet outages.

18. Amendments

Blue Coast Ventures reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on our website with immediate effect. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
